Staging

Our British made Ultralight staging system is modular, lightweight, safe, easy to assemble, quick to dismantle and user friendly. Our folding stage is used by schools, hotels, wedding venues and visitor attractions that require a simple staging solution. It serves as an ideal mobile stage for school staging, conference staging, performance staging, event staging, and church staging. Its design means that it’s also an ideal portable staging solution for concerts, gigs and wedding parties, including both indoor and outdoor events.

Unlike other types of portable staging, Ultralight, as the name suggests, is a lightweight staging solution that folds down to only 2% of its open size. It is therefore the ideal type of modular stage for any school with limited storage space and no fixed stage, or theatre groups, choirs or bands who need a portable folding stage that they can easily transport and build a stage from venue to venue.

How it works
It takes just seconds to open and close the aluminium portable stage risers that form the support structure for the stage deck or platform. The two components are then joined together with the twist of an Allen key fixing located in each corner of the stage deck. Minimum set up time and resources are required to successfully construct and disassemble this staging system.

Lightweight, mobile, yet strong and stable

The portable staging and risers create a modular portable stage platform tested to a uniform distribution load of 1000kg per m2 and a point load test of 180kg. Ultralight is the only lightweight staging system in the UK to have achieved GS TUV accreditation for strength, stability and safety.
