Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE to the UK Mainland, with the exception of Highlands and Islands.  There is also a small order charge on spare parts which tend to be posted and low cost items such as tableware. Deliveries to postcodes IV, KW, PH will incur a small charge of £22.90 plus VAT per consignment and to Isle of Wight - £9.56 per consignment.

Delivery of items despatched from our premises is made by our appointed courier, on the specific day detailed on your Order Confirmation which will be sent to you via e-mail.  The majority of our products are manufactured to order to enable us to offer the wide variety of sizes and colours.  Essentially we are manufacturers rather than stockists, though we do have a small selection of products that are in stock and can be despatched for for next day delivery VIEW HERE.  If you require next day delivery, please ensure your order is place before 12 noon.

Deliveries will be made between the times of 8:30am to 5:30pm.  A signature will be required when the delivery is made unless otherwise advised.

You can upgrade to a morning delivery for a charge of £10 plus VAT. Please call 0800 195 4255 if you would like this service. If you require products to be delivered offshore, we can arrange this on your behalf and can provide a quotation on request.

For deliveries made by our appointed suppliers, an estimated delivery date will be included on your Order Confirmation and our partners will contact you nearer the time, to agree a specific date for delivery.
