Quality is an integral part of Gopak’s business principles, guiding us to deliver products and services that are safe, compliant and desirable.  These key elements are essential to achieve our ambition to be recognized and trusted as a manufacturer of quality furniture.

Our commitment is to never compromise on safety, compliance and quality. This requires everybody to be fully engaged with the requirements of the business, understand their responsibilities and be empowered to take action to protect our brand and our future.

Teamwork, ownership and support by the whole team are vital for achieving our quality objectives.  We are committed to providing the required leadership, management and resources to make this happen and will review our quality policy annually and ensure it is communicated and accessible to all interested parties.

Our involvement and dedication to achieving high quality standards and service is managed through the application of our Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of ISO9001.  Our compliance to this system will be verified by an independent third party certification body.
